Millimages is ramping up UK activity at retail for Molang as it continues to grow the property as a global lifestyle brand.
Forthcoming launches include Heathside plush in B&M, a Fashion UK collection at Primark and Blueprint stationery items at retail.
Master toy partner Heathside Trading is delighted with the brand’s performance.
“Molang has seen great success in the UK, finding placement at major retailers including Morrisons, B&M, Asda, One Beyond and many more,” commented Matthew Cooper, senior business development manager at Heathside. “With collectables available including plush, Microids, bag clips and MiniQ figures, there’s something for every fan to collect, and Molang continues to perform strongly in-store as customers race to build their collections.”
Heathside’s latest range at B&M includes scented 8-inch plush bag clips, with four different characters to collect within a blind bag.
Long-standing apparel partner Fashion UK is launching a range of Molang designs with Primark for AW26, including t-shirts and accessories for children and adults.
Sabrina Segalov, head of UK licensing at Fashion UK, commented: “We’re delighted to bring Molang’s playful charm to Primark this autumn/winter, bringing this much-loved character to life for fans in a cute and fun way.”
Meanwhile, Blueprint will be expanding its Molang stationery, accessories and bags across retail in 2027.
Lisa Shand, md at Blueprint, offered: “Blueprint is really pleased with the launch of Molang; it is working particularly well in retailers such as Ryman and HMV which target and are able to attract teen and tween kawaii fans.”
