Hunter Price International has teamed up with BBC Children in Need and The Works to celebrate this year’s campaign.
The team has helped develop a range of 14 Pudsey products to life alongside a suite of creative content assets to support the campaign and drive awareness.
Working with BBC Children in Need and The Works, Hunter Price has combined its product design and creative expertise to give families more ways to get involved, from everyday accessories to hands-on activities.
The exclusive collection – available in 400 stores nationwide – includes a mix of Hunter Price’s hero product categories, from a shopper bag and Pudsey shaped squishy, to stickers, stationery and arts and crafts which will go live this month.
For every product sold, a minimum of 20% of every purchase will be donated directly to BBC Children in Need, helping to support children and young people across the UK.
“We’ve all grown up with the iconic Pudsey bear and annual Children in Need campaigns. Every year, there’s new creative ways and challenges for people to do their bit for a charity which does so much children and young people,” commented Allana Holmes, commercial director at Hunter Price International. “Supporting charities and communities has always been a huge part of the Hunter Price DNA and this year, it was time to do our bit for this very special charity and create an inspiring range of products for the campaign and The Works.
“The Works is a brilliant home for this collection and seeing the range in store recently was really a proud moment for our team, and we hope it’s something we’re now able to build on for future campaigns.”
Claire Hoyle, chief executive at BBC Children in Need, continued: “We’re delighted that Hunter Price have created these special Pudsey products for our partnership with The Works. All the money raised will go on to make a difference to children and young people across the UK who are facing some of life’s toughest challenges, ensuring they have someone by their side when they need it most.”
Lynne Tooms, chief commercial officer at The Works, added: “We’re incredibly proud to be part of this year’s BBC Children in Need. Working alongside Hunter Price, we’ve created a unique range that gives our customers affordable, fun and screen-free ways to show their support. Children in Need does remarkable work across the UK, and we’re honoured to play a part in helping raise funds and awareness for such an important cause.”
