Marking the return of Hot Wheels Let’s Race, the special brings the biggest adventure yet – saving Hot Wheels City from a prehistoric threat.
Mattel Studios has announced Hot Wheels Let’s Race: Attack of the T-Rex, an all-new animated special coming to Netflix on 20th October. Marking the return of Hot Wheels Let’s Race, the latest installment sends Coop and his crew on their biggest adventure yet as they race to save Hot Wheels City from a prehistoric threat. The special will also debut on the Hot Wheels YouTube channel this spring following its Netflix release.
Beneath the tracks of Hot Wheels City, a legendary T-Rex has slumbered for millions of years. But when this prehistoric predator is accidentally awakened, it’s up to Coop, the new leader of the Ultimate Garage, to uncover the ancient secret behind its incredible power and stop the T-Rex before it destroys the Ultimate Garage and all of Hot Wheels City.

Fans can bring the action home with products inspired by the special, available now at retailers globally, including the Hot Wheels City Ultimate T-Rex Garage with an extra-large T-Rex, four-car elevator, space for 50+ vehicles and Speed Snap compatibility, as seen in the adventure.
The series has spent five weeks in the Netflix Global Top 10 since its 2024 debut, accumulating 11.4m views. Hot Wheels Let’s Race: Attack of the T-Rex is executive produced by Rob David, Mike Roberts and Melanie Shannon.
