Products of Change has announced additional speakers for its annual sustainability conference, including representatives from the H&M Group, The Works, Decathlon and Hasbro.

Products of Change is a sustainability organization serving the brand and licensing industry, and holds an annual conference focusing on how companies can achieve their sustainability goals.

Dylan Ross of H&M will be one of the lead speakers at the upcoming PoC Conference in November.

This year’s Products of Change Conference is scheduled for Nov. 11 at the Royal Geographical Society in London. Organizers said the event will focus on how companies can translate sustainability goals into product design, business partnerships, and long-term business models, as the industry responds to changing regulations, consumer expectations, and resource pressures.

The H&M Group will discuss how the fashion retailer is working to develop more circular business models for the fashion industry. The company will be represented by Dylan Ross, a business process lead at H&M Group who oversees compliance and governance for the company’s resale and garment collection programs, with a focus on European Union legislation and human and environmental impact.

Ross will also take part in a retail panel alongside representatives from Decathlon and The Works to discuss how retailers can work together to scale circularity efforts across the industry.

The expanded speaker lineup adds to a program that already includes Tottenham Hotspur, BBC Studios, Moose Toys and UK Greetings, bringing perspectives from retail, entertainment, sports, manufacturing, and design.

Girlguiding is also scheduled to speak, describing how input from young people shaped the organization’s approach to circular uniform design.

Tickets are available for both in-person and virtual attendance, with networking opportunities offered for those attending in London. Note that members of Products of Change receive a 20% discount when booking a long as they are logged into the organization’s platform.

The PoC conference is supported by a group of industry partners, including Dreamtex, Character World, Warner Bros. Discovery, BBC Studios, the Natural History Museum, TDP Textiles, Mattel, Fabacus, Brand Licensing Europe, The Wombles, Bravado, RDP Creative, ESCP, Disney Consumer Products, Worldly, Poetic Brands, Hasbro, Rights & Brands, Teemill, io.tt, Sun City, Rainbow Productions, and UK Greetings.

Products of Change is a not-for-profit membership organization that also provides educational resources, media coverage and advisory services to support sustainability efforts across the brand licensing industry.
