Licensed housewares business, DNC UK has welcomed a new general manager in the form of Jacqueline Taylor-Foo, as it looks to drive the next phase of e-commerce and international growth.

Jacqueline (pictured) takes up the role with immediate effect, joining the senior leadership team to lead the day-to-day running of the business as it accelerates its growth strategy.

She brings with her a raft of experience from companies including Mattel, Zapf Creation, Spin Master, Melissa & Doug and, most recently, Jumbo Group.

The appointment reflects a deliberate investment in operational leadership, enabling founder and md, Andrew O’Neill to focus on the company’s longer term strategic priorities.

Andrew commented: “Jacqueline joins DNC with significant senior leadership experience in the closely related toy sector, bringing particular strengths across commercial, licensing, operational and team leadership. We are delighted that she has joined and to have her on board.”

Jacqueline continued: “The team at DNC-UK have built something really strong and I’m honoured to join them at this pivotal time. My focus will be on building on their solid foundation. We will grow and expand the portfolio, focusing on the consumer and trends within the categories, with the same care and craft that got us here.”
