CHARACTERS
WINNER
Don’t be deceived by his appearance… He seems to be a tender and soft poodle, but instead, he’s as rough and tough as a rock. He’s the fraternal friend of Simba, who bestowed the duty of protecting Ari, the Child of the Fifth Prophecy on to him. He feels affection and friendship for many, but has only one true love: his inseparable ball. He is convinced of the fact that he is the best soccer player and expert in the world and during this series of adventures he’ll have the opportunity to show it.
ARI
He is the son of Prince Rakhal and Princess Kindra, known by all as The Child of the Fifth Prophecy. One day he’ll be crowned king of the Lands Forgotten in Time and the Land of the Dinosaurs, but in the meantime he must escape from the forces of evil. With the help of Winner, Cicci, Fox, the Owl, the snake, and the bear, he lives in the jungle under their protection and teachings.
CICCI
How complex can the personality of a canary be? In Cicci’s case, many, almost as many as the number of feathers on his back… He’s a sensitive artist, a lover of poetry and verse. He’s a bird that likes to argue and has the bad-temper of a mastiff. His voice can produce angelic melodies, as well as, rigid drill sergeant commands, and in any case, and at all costs, he tries to have the last word. Only one thing’s for sure: it’s difficult to find a friend as loyal and generous as him.
FOX
His
name is Fox… M.J. Fox.
He’s a young dog, not fully mature yet. He’s a mutt, a kind
of mixed hunting dog, used to surviving in the terrible underground "jungles"
of New York. Yes… he’s a tough guy, a real tough guy…
He continuously proclaims and demonstrates this fact. He always has a caustic
joke ready and a sarcastic smile at the corner of his mouth like Marlow;
he seduces like James Bond, and sings like Elvis, but in the end you don’t
have to scrape the surface too deeply to discover the tender pup who needs
love. He’s always ready to put himself out to help his friends.
LIGHT
This young lioness is none other than the daughter of Simba, the legendary lion king and lord of the jungle. She possesses magic powers that will help the little prince throughout his adventures. Like Cicci, Light is quite faithful and will never fail to rush to the prince’s aid when he is in danger.
THE KING OF
THE ROCK PEOPLE
The great king of the Rocks has a body of pure stone, and will give Ari a secret, precious box, in so creating a new alliance between the forces of good. He hadn’t been free in over 1700 years, but thanks to the powers of the child of the fifth prophecy, he will be at last unfettered…
THE
OWL
He is the wise sage from whom all the other jungle animals get their information and advice. He serves as teacher to Ari, who lives under his roof. Grumpy and muddled, irascible yet understanding, he is the point of reference for all animals of the jungle.
MAYA
Maya is an evil witch who wishes to capture and destroy the child of the fifth prophecy. She loves to transform herself into a dragon, as well as other repulsive beasts. She has two henchmen: a snake, and a vulture. Maya will arrive in the jungle where the little prince is hidden, allying herself with the tiger and the hyenas.
THE
TIGER
Perfidious and evil, the tiger would like to become the absolute ruler of the jungle. His army is made up of the hyenas and monkeys, who he mercilessly treats as though they were in the military, terrorizing them without getting even the slightest result.
THE
HYENAS
They are the tiger’s vile henchmen. These animals stay in a pack and are always trying to please their beloved tiger, but they never succeed. They will take part in the soccer tournament for the forces of evil.
THE
MONKEYS
In brief, the monkeys are just like the hyenas in terms of how they treat the tiger. They are rather spiteful, and will participate in the soccer tournament for the forces of evil.
THE
VULTURES
They
have been brought to the jungle by Maya because these two ugly birds are
her helpers. Even they will wind up taking part in the soccer tournament
for the forces of evil.
