Sally and Felix warm themselves by a fire, and the Yeti complains about being hunted by humans. In the end, the Yeti will nurse Sally back to health, and when she finally opens her eyes, she isn’t afraid of him. To prevent the cave from getting discovered, Felix then sets out to cover the tracks leading to the Yeti’s cave and also makes a set of footprints pointing in another direction to mislead the mountain climbers who are looking for Sally. Inside, Felix finds a crew consisting of extinct animals that don’t take kindly to Felix, in banning him from the cabin quarters.
