MONDO TV GROUP PRESS RELEASE: shares’ purchase by Orlando Corradi.

The company points out that Orlando Corradi, Group’s founder and President, in the last few days has acquired n° 130,000 Mondo TV S.p.A. ordinary shares, corresponding to about 2.9% of company’s share capital. Orlando Corradi’s shareholding in Mondo TV S.p.A. rise from 53.96% up to 56.91%.

According to the reasons related with the purchases made in 2007 and in 2008 (for total 249,910 shares correspondent to about 5.7% share capital), also this investment has been done with the consciousness that the actual shares’ value - although it is influenced by general market shares condition - does not represent the real Group’s patrimonial consistency and growth perspectives.
